I am originally from Gwinnett County, Georgia. After marrying my husband, Bo, we moved to Adairsville in 2017. Together we have two beautiful children- Jessie 3 and Peyton 1.
"I am truly honored to formally accept the position as the Lady Dragons Softball Coach. As a former collegiate athlete and National Champion, I cannot wait to pass my knowledge of the game to girls who stand where I once stood. Having learned from the best, I intend to be the best for these girls, and for this exceptional program."

Hello! I am Courtney Ford! My family and I have lived in Rome for ten years. I am a graduate of Hartselle High School in Hartselle, Alabama. I hold an Associate in Human Services from Wallace State Community College, Bachelor in Behavioral Science from Athens State University, and a Master's in Counseling from Walden University (Feb. 2024). My husband is a 2003 Pepperell High School graduate. My children attend Model Middle School and Model Elementary School.
I am fortunate to have been chosen as a Counselor for Pepperell High School. One of the most important things we can do is invest in our youth. By doing so, we empower them through education to reach their goals/dreams in life!
As a counselor, I partner with the students, teachers and staff to provide a safe learning environment where all students have access to quality education. I work with students in many capacities, including individual sessions, small groups, and classroom guidance. I am looking forward to serving Pepperell High School students and families!
