    IFBG - R Section V,Sub-Section I: Student or employee theft, destruction, and/or vandalism of hardware or software is prohibited.
     
    IFBG- R Section VII, Sub-Section A,B: 
     
    A.       Any user, student or employee, violating these rules, guidelines, policies, or any other local, state, or federal law, is subject to lose network and/or computer privileges.  School disciplinary action for students including, but not limited to, local school discipline for minor offenses, in school suspension (ISS), out of school suspension (OSS), assignment to the Education Center, or expulsion may be imposed.  Employees violating these rules, guidelines, or laws will be subject to disciplinary action by the Superintendent, the Board of Education, law enforcement, the Professional Standards Commission, and/or the court system.  Employees found to violate these rules, guidelines, or laws may lose computer and network use privileges, may have formal reprimands placed in personnel files, may be suspended with or without pay, may be terminated, maybe turned over to the PSC, and/or local law enforcement for criminal prosecution.
     
    B.      If the actions of any user, student or employee, contribute to the loss of service, applications, software, data, or hardware equipment, disciplinary action commensurate with the magnitude of the offense or infraction shall be administered.  In the event that such user action causes the need to technical assistance to restore the service, application, data or replace hardware, restitution may be charged.
