What We Do

In the School Improvement & Data Analytics Department for Floyd County Schools, we handle a variety of essential functions to support students and staff. Our responsibilities include:

Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyzing reports from local, state, and national assessments, providing insights into individual student performance and overall school improvement. This data-driven approach informs decision-making at various levels.

Instructional Program Enhancement: Collaborating with schools to enhance the instructional program based on data insights.

Accountability Reporting: Preparing presentations and providing leadership by presenting data to the School Board, central office staff, school administrators, and teachers.
