Chromebook Repair Drop-Off

    1. We will be open from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting April 14th and ending May 7th.

    2. Drop-off location will be at the central office under the awning next to the mailroom.

    3. Parents must print out the help desk ticket form and attach it to the Chromebook upon drop-off. *Limited blank forms will be available for those who may not have access to a printer. Please bring your own pen.

    4. Drop-off will occur by having the parent get out of the car and place the Chromebook on the designated table. FCS employees will remain 6 ft from that table while the parent drops off the Chromebook.

    5. Once the parent is back in the vehicle, FCS employees will disinfect the Chromebook while wearing gloves and a mask (or bandana).

    6. FCS employees will enter repair tickets into Incident IQ and drop off Chromebook with the repair shop. Repair shop employees will wait 24 hours before beginning repairs to ensure disinfecting spray took hold. We will wear gloves as much as possible while repairing Chromebook.

    7. Once repaired, Tamatha will make contact with parents to pick up Chromebook on the next available day.
