John Rhodarmer, Ed.D. Principal/CEO

Dr. John Rhodarmer began his tenure as the CEO and Principal of Floyd County Schools College and Career Academy in July, 2022. Dr. Rhodarmer has over 15 years of experience in secondary education as a teacher and administrator.
As the CEO and Principal of the FCS CCA, Dr. Rhodarmer works with the CCA staff and local business, industry, and economic leaders to carry out the vision of the CCA Board of Directors, FCS Board of Education, and FCS Superintendent to provide students with meaningful opportunities, and provide our local economy with a viable 21st century workforce and future leaders.
Dr. Rhodarmer earned his Bachelor’s of Science in History and Political Science and teaching certification from Shorter College, Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from LaGrange College, Education Specialist degree in School Leadership from Berry College, and Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Samford University.
Jeremiah Veillon, Ed.D. Assistant Principal/Dual Enrollment Coordinator

Dr. Jeremiah Veillon has been teaching mathematics in Floyd County Schools for over 15 years. He began his career at Pepperell High School, where he taught mathematics and served as its Freshmen Academy Director. He moved to the College and Career Academy in 2018, teaching and serving as the mathematics department chair.
Dr. Veillon was born in Mamou, Louisiana, a small rural town in the heart of Cajun Country where a love for faith, food, and family was instilled.
He has been married to Melissa Veillon for 25 years. They have five children, four boys and one girl, and numerous grandchildren.
Dr. Veillon earned his Bachelor's of Science in Secondary Mathematics and Bachelor's of Science in Computer Information Systems from Shorter University, his Master of Arts in Secondary Mathematics from Piedmont College, his Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University, and his Education Specialist and Doctorate of Education in Secondary Mathematics from Kennesaw State University.
