  • Attention: AES & AMS students that will be in the 5th-7th grades for the 2023-2024 school year:

     

    We are excited to offer the Philadelphia trip & educational experience to our students. This trip will be packed with memories that will last a lifetime!

    Travel dates are November 16-19, 2023.

     

    Highlights of the trip:

    • Liberty Bell

    • See where both the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were signed

    •  Visit Chocolate World at Hershey Park

    • Visit Amish country 

     

    Join us for an informational meeting on March 28th at 6:00 PM in the AES Cafeteria.

    During this meeting, forms and prices will be given out. This trip is on a first come first serve basis so plan to be at the meeting.

  • We are excited to welcome back parents for lunch! Each day, 2 parents per lunch period will be able to book a lunch appointment using our online lunch booking calendar. If a slot is taken, you will need to select another date. Click here to book: aeslunch.youcanbook.me.

     

    You will receive an email confirmation to remind you of your lunch appointment. Please arrive at your child’s exact lunch time on the date that you booked. You will need to sign in at the front office with your Driver’s License before reporting to the cafeteria. Visitors are welcome to go to the cafeteria but will not be able to visit other areas of the school at this time.

  • How to Pay for School Meals:
     
    First, please apply online for reduced/free by completing the application at
     www.floydboe.net.  You may be surprised and qualify.  As you know, every penny makes a difference.  We encourage everyone to apply online for an immediate qualification response.  
     
    At www.floydboe.net website, there is a link to a nutrition program called My School Bucks for online payment, or you may send in a check with your child's ID # in the memo and write breakfast/lunch.  Put it in an envelope with your child's name and the teacher will get it.  It will be turned into the cafeteria.  
     
    Please make sure your child's ID is on the check and in an envelope with their name on it.
