The i-Parent Contact List contains the individuals from each school that has the authority to help parents with student accounts. When contacting by email, make sure you have the following information included in the email...
PLEASE NOTE:  fields in RED are MANDATORY fields, and your e-mail CANNOT be processed without the mandatory information.

1. Full description of the problem. (record all error messages, if any)
2. Date and Time of day or night you were trying to access i-Parent.
3. Both parents' first and last name.
4. E-mail address
5. Name and date of birth of oldest student currently enrolled in the school district.
6. Phone number where Parent can be reached.
7.  Access key, if unsuccessful in entering or if getting invalid birth dates.
8. i-Parent USERNAME, if created already.
