Floyd County students earn honors at FBLA competition

Floyd County FBLA students had another great showing at the Region Competition held recently at Ringgold High School. Georgia FBLA is a nonprofit student organization committed to preparing today's students for success in business leadership. Members use skills they have developed throughout the year to compete in academic events ranging from public speaking to web design. The following students placed at region:

Armuchee High
  • Kristen Shiflett - Personal Finance - 1st place 
  • Tabitha Burdick, Gina Yu, Karli Pierce (Team) - Marketing – 2nd place
  • Gina Yu (Individual) – Marketing – 2nd place
