Gifted students in the Kaleidoscope program at Pepperell Elementary School created their own "Hall of Presidents" at the school recently. Students dressed as a former president or a member of the presidential family and presented information they learned to visitors to their simulated wax museum.  Students from Pepperell toured the exhibit where the student actors portrayed the national political figures.  The visitors could push a button bringing a student actor to life to share speeches, interesting facts or details from the life of the president or first lady the student represented in the special exhibit.

"It was fabulous," stated Judy Roebuck, Kaleidoscope teacher at Pepperell Elementary. "The Kaleidoscope students learned a lot researching to play their role and the children visiting the Hall of Presidents enjoyed the learning experience."  Presidents featured were John F. Kennedy, Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Gerald Ford, and Howard Taft.  Students also portrayed Lucretia Garfield, Jackie Kennedy, Rosalyn Carter, Betty Ford, Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, Martha Washington and Michelle Obama.
