Supreme Court Case Project-Presentation

Students will work in small groups to complete a PowerPoint Presentations in PDF format over assigned Supreme Court cases.

The students should use the following criteria but are by no means limited to the criteria in the list.

1. Background of the case. (Include Date, location, etc..
2. Key Players (Characters if applicable)
3. Constitutional Issue/Issues
4. Outcome of the case
5. Application of the decision by later courts or the other branches of government.
