Trevor Hubbard Named New Principal

The Floyd County Board of Education has named Trevor Hubbard (Left)the new principal at Coosa High School. Mr. Hubbard, a graduate of Coosa, grew up in the Floyd County area, attended Shorter College and has four children attending Floyd County schools. He has been in education for 13 years. He was formerly the Principal at Pepperell Middle School. Mr. Hubbard takes over from Mr. Sam Sprewell (Right) who served 5 years as the Principal at Coosa, a time when the school had several landmark advances in Academics and athletics. Mr. Sprewell will take over as Director of Facilities at the Floyd County Board of Education.
