LAMBERT WINS 3^rd PLACE AT STATE GOLF TOURNAMENT

Coosa senior Ethan Lambert finished 3^rd at the state golf tournament, earning a berth by winning the individual championship at the Region 7-AA tournament for the second straight year. Lambert shot 75 to finish with the third-lowest score.
“(Ethan) played well today, but got himself in a little trouble on the front nine,” said Coosa coach Robert Cummings. “He finally found his swing on the back nine and hit a couple of birdies to get back in it.”

LAMBERT WINS SECOND STRAIGHT REGION CHAMPIONSHIP

Coosa High School's Ethan Lambert won his 2nd straight Region Golf Tournament Championship at Phils Ferry Golf Course in Calhoun on April 20. Lambert will be advancing to the state golf tournament at Crab Apple Golf course in Alpharetta on May 3rd. Lambert, a Senior was also a mainstay on the Coosa High Basketball team.
