TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:  The Floyd County Board of Education, School Nutrition Department will receive bids for large kitchen equipment to be used in the new Model High School.  Said packet shall be received until 2:00 PM on July 31, 2009 in the office of Donna Carver, Director of School Nutrition for Floyd County Board of Education, located at 600 Riverside Parkway, NE, Rome, GA 30161.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be on July 13th, at 9:00 AM at Floyd County Schools Board of Education located at 600 Riverside Parkway, Rome, GA. Specifications, further instructions and agreements can be obtained from the above address and the School Nutrition link of the Floyd County Board of Education Website.  Sealed packets will be opened and read in public at the above address, time and date.   Project award, if approved, will be made by the Floyd County Board of Education.  Floyd County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to reject any and all technicalities or formalities therein.  Floyd County is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/H.
